In-Person OT
Hand-on, practical support where it matters most.
Available in Hampshire & surrounding areas.
Face-to-face OT allows me to observe, assess and support your child in real life. Sessions may include play-based assessment, sensory processing, motor skills, emotional regulation, daily living skills & practical strategies tailored to your child's unique strengths and needs.

-Individuals who would benefit from direct assessment or intervention
- Functional difficulties at home or school
- Where you're not sure what's going on and need someone to take a deeper dive

Parent Strategy Sessions
Because sometimes supporting you, is the best way to support your child.
Parent strategy sessions aren't therapy for your child - it is dedicated support for you. Together we will explore what's feeling difficult, deepen your understanding of your child's neurodivergent brain & build practical, sustainable strategies that work for your whole family.
