The Wired to Thrive sensory-informed approach recognises that how we process sensory information can strongly influence attention, emotional regulation, energy levels, and daily functioning.

 

Using OT principles and sensory profiling, support focuses on helping individuals understand their sensory needs and develop practical strategies that create environments, routines, and regulation tools that work with their nervous system rather than against it.

Coaching is a collaborative process and I use a strengths-based approach to support self-empowerment, self-compassion and reclaiming your identity. All of which are corner pieces in the recovery jigsaw of ND burnout and supporting resilience. We will focus on resourcing you with strategies and adaptations relating to your habits, routines, emotional regulation and  creating sustainable ways of working and living.
